In 1980 Fossil Fuel was projected to take us far into the future, but ever rising gas prices have caused researchers to look into alternate energy. Environmental groups got into it trying to put an end to the pollution generated by power plants.
By the early 90’s, some scientists and journalists were claiming that the technology to produce all of our energy from the earth, wind, water, and sun were already available.
