The article did not help me make a decision either way. I did not see any information that would sway me either way. For me, the entire issue rests on what the copyrights say. I don't know enough about what copyrights entail to make a educated decision either way. as far as I know, it is only a copyright infraction if you charge people to hear or see the files that you have that are not your creations.
